Scope of Services
This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the products and services provided by NuraBytes ("we", "us", or "our"). Our services include, but are not limited to, AI solutions, cloud engineering, data engineering, and custom software development.
By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with the terms specified herein and any individual service agreements (SAs) or statements of work (SOWs).
Service Level Agreements (SLA)
We are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable systems. Our standard service levels include:
- Availability: Target 99.9% uptime for cloud-hosted mission-critical systems.
- Support Response: Initial response within 4 hours for high-priority issues during business hours.
- Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance windows communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure successful delivery, customers are responsible for:
- Providing timely access to necessary data and infrastructure.
- Assigning a dedicated project contact for coordination.
- Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a signed SOW:
- NuraBytes IP: We retain ownership of our pre-existing methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools used to deliver services.
- Deliverables: Upon full payment, the customer is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the custom deliverables for their intended business purpose.
Policy Modifications
NuraBytes reserves the right to modify this Products & Services Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
