Acceptable Use of Products & Services

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules governing the use of NuraBytes platforms, products, and services. It exists to protect our users, our infrastructure, and the broader internet community. All users must comply with this policy at all times.

You may not use NuraBytes products or services to:

• Transmit, distribute, or store material that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination against others
• Conduct phishing, spam, or other deceptive practices
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, networks, or data
• Mine cryptocurrency or conduct resource-intensive processes without authorisation
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of NuraBytes or third parties
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

NuraBytes services are subject to usage limits designed to ensure fair access for all users. Excessive use that impacts system stability or performance may result in temporary restrictions.

We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that consistently exceed reasonable usage patterns or violate API rate limits without prior agreement.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and credentials. You must promptly notify NuraBytes of any suspected unauthorised access or security breach.

You may not conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or any form of security testing against NuraBytes infrastructure without prior written authorisation.

When using NuraBytes AI products and platforms, users must not attempt to:

• Generate content designed to deceive, manipulate, or harm individuals
• Circumvent safety measures or content filters built into AI systems
• Use AI outputs to create disinformation or synthetic media without appropriate disclosure
• Train competing models using outputs from NuraBytes AI services

NuraBytes reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user suspected of violating this AUP. Actions may include suspension or termination of access, removal of content, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
